I’m ready to invest in a structured, one-on-one learning path that builds solid skills in IT architecture and business architecture first, then folds in key business analysis techniques as we progress. I learn best through live, interactive coaching sessions where theory is immediately tied to real projects, so I’m looking for a mentor who can:
• map out a personalised syllabus that starts with the fundamentals of IT and business architecture,
• layer in practical business-analysis exercises—requirements gathering, process modelling and stakeholder management—as soon as the foundations are clear,
• provide short assignments, templates and feedback so I can practise between meetings,
• meet regularly online and adjust the pace based on my progress.
By the end of our engagement I want to feel confident discussing architectural decisions with technical teams, translating strategy into business-architecture views and running core BA activities without supervision. If this matches your coaching style, outline your proposed session plan, recommended tools or frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, BPMN, BABOK) and the milestones you’d use to measure my growth.
