Dhaka land-registry record search — one-day paid pilot
I need a reliable person currently living in Dhaka to visit a Sub-Registry Office during working hours and carry out a basic public-record search.
This is an administrative local task. No legal opinion, title investigation or certified copy is required.
Task:
- Visit the specified Sub-Registry Office for one working day.
- Ask a deed writer or office staff to help search the registration indexes using the buyer name, Mouza, Dag numbers and years that I will provide privately after selection.
- Report every relevant deed found.
- For each result, record the deed number/year, registration date, buyer, seller if available, Dag number, area if available, and registered consideration/price.
- Send clear photographs or ordinary copies of the relevant records where permitted, together with photographs of the application and receipts.
- If nothing is found, explain what was searched and what the office said.
Rules:
- Do not contact the company, directors, sellers, landowners, occupants, brokers or nearby residents.
- Do not visit the land.
- Do not incur any expense without approval.
- Certified copies are not required for this pilot.
When bidding, please answer:
1. Are you currently living in Dhaka?
2. Can you visit a Sub-Registry Office on a working day?
3. What is your fixed fee for one visit?
4. What additional fee would you charge if a second visit is required?
5. Do you have experience visiting Bangladesh government offices?
Official fees and deed-writer fees will be reimbursed separately against receipts. Payment is for a genuine documented visit and search, even if no matching record is found.
If this pilot is successful, further similar assignments may follow.
