Our Hyland OnBase Cloud instance has suddenly locked out users—no one can log in or open stored documents. I’ve confirmed that credentials are valid and network connectivity is fine, so the problem sits somewhere inside OnBase itself (authentication service, licensing, or database connection). I need an experienced OnBase administrator or developer to jump in, isolate the root cause, and restore full access.

You should be comfortable working in the cloud-hosted environment, navigating the Configuration module, Studio, and Unity Administration, and reviewing server logs or SQL queries if needed. If the fix touches SSO or Active Directory integration, you’ll have remote access to those settings as well.

Deliverables
• Diagnose the exact reason users cannot log in or retrieve documents
• Apply and document the fix in our test tenant, then push it to production once validated
• Provide a brief hand-over note so I can retrace the steps if the issue reappears

The engagement is straightforward: get everyone back in, confirm documents load correctly, and leave me with a short write-up of what was changed.
