On-Site Verification in IL & VA

I have two quick, on-site verification errands—one at an institution in or around Lombard, Illinois, and another in or near Roanoke, Virginia. For each location I will sene you a document. Your task is simple: print the page, walk into the specified office, and ask any authorised staff member to sign and stamp it to confirm authenticity.

While you’re there, please note the verifier’s full name, title, direct email, and phone number. To prove you were physically present, take geotagged photos of the main sign, the building façade, and interior view that clearly shows you are inside the premises.

Deliverables for each site
• The signed-and-stamped original (scan or high-resolution photo)
• The verifier’s contact details as described
• more than three geotagged photos per location
