On-Site Support Staff Needed

I’m putting together a small, reliable on-site support team for our office. The work is entirely in person because it revolves around face-to-face assistance—answering walk-up questions, resolving minor issues, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you’ll handle
You’ll greet visitors, field basic product or account questions, escalate trickier matters to the right department, log interactions, and generally make sure employees and guests feel looked after. Being proactive, organised, and comfortable following procedures will be key.

What I’m looking for
Friendly communicators who stay calm under pressure, show up on time, and can think on their feet. Prior customer service, help-desk, or general support experience is a plus, so do highlight any of that.
