On-Site Office IT Maintenance

Our workplace depends on smooth-running office hardware and security infrastructure, so the priority is regular, on-site care—not just emergency fixes. The core of the engagement is twofold:

1. Setting up and installing new devices as they arrive. Expect to rack or wall-mount security cameras, program access control panels, deploy desktop PCs, printers, VoIP handsets and any related peripherals, making sure everything is properly networked and documented.

2. Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance. This includes firmware updates, health checks, cable management, cleaning, performance testing and a concise report after each visit outlining work done, next steps and any items that may require future attention.

Most tickets involve computers, printers and other office equipment plus our security cameras, access systems and phone gear. Routine remote support is handled in-house, so travel is reserved for hands-on tasks that truly need a physical presence, though a quick follow-up call or remote tweak after a visit is always welcome when it speeds resolution.

Availability for recurring visits (bi-weekly is our ideal cadence, but we can adapt) and the ability to coordinate discreetly during business hours will be part of the acceptance criteria. Standard tools—laptop with diagnostic software, basic networking kit, crimpers, labeler—are expected.

Deliverables after each visit:
• Installation or maintenance log (PDF or shared doc)
• Inventory update with serial numbers and firmware versions
• Recommendations, if any, for the next cycle
