On-Site IT Technician Support

I need reliable field-based help to keep several small offices running smoothly. The immediate focus is twofold: first, installing and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and routers; second, setting up and troubleshooting our wireless (WiFi) networks so every workstation stays connected without drop-outs.

Most calls will be on location, so you should be comfortable swapping drives, adding memory, replacing faulty peripherals and tracing cabling if a device refuses to power up. When WiFi coverage is patchy, I will rely on you to test signal strength, reposition or replace access points, update firmware and confirm that all devices re-join the network securely.

Deliverables
• Fully installed or repaired hardware, documented with a brief service note
• A stable, secure WiFi network at each site, verified with before/after speed or ping tests
• Quick summary report of any remaining risks or recommended upgrades
