On-Site InDesign Catalog Migration

I have a completed text-only catalog that now needs to be rebuilt in Adobe InDesign while you work side-by-side with me on-site. All copy is final, so the task is a straight migration rather than copy-editing or rewriting.

You will receive my brand’s layout guidelines up front—master pages, type styles, margins, folios, and color profiles are already defined. Your job is to flow the approved text into the existing template, apply the given paragraph and character styles consistently, handle page breaks, and make sure every page conforms to the spec before we export a print-ready PDF and a fully packaged InDesign folder.

Because the content contains no images or tables, you can move quickly; accuracy and style fidelity matter more than creative reinterpretation. Expect to sit at one of our workstations, collaborate with me for clarifications, and final-check the file together before hand-off.

Deliverables on site:
• Updated InDesign file following the provided guidelines
• Linked assets folder (fonts, if any) packaged for press
• High-resolution PDF ready for print
