I oversee a large, mixed-use homeowners association that blends single-family homes, condo buildings, and shared amenities, and I am searching for an experienced Senior Community Association Manager who can be on property full time. The role is hands-on and broad in scope: you will serve as the daily point of contact for residents and the board, keep our finances healthy, and ensure our common areas and amenities run smoothly.
You will take the lead at every monthly and special board meeting, prepare agendas and minutes, guide compliance discussions, and follow through on rule enforcement in a fair, consistent way. Clear, proactive homeowner communication—whether in person, by e-mail blast, or through our portal—is essential to maintain transparency and build trust.
Financial stewardship is equally critical. I will rely on you to draft the annual budget, track assessments, oversee collections, and produce accurate financial statements the board can easily digest. Familiarity with association accounting software, Excel, and standard CAM reporting formats will help you succeed from day one.
On the operations side, you will manage vendor contracts, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate repairs, capital projects, and amenity scheduling so our pools, fitness center, clubhouse, and landscaped grounds remain in top shape. Regular property walks, detailed work orders, and vendor performance reviews will be part of your weekly rhythm.
Deliverables and success markers
• Board packets, minutes, and follow-up actions issued on schedule
• Monthly financials balanced and submitted by the 10th each month
• Resident communications sent within 24 hours of board direction or urgent issues
• Service requests logged, assigned, and closed with clear notes in our portal
• Vendor contracts reviewed annually with cost-saving recommendations presented
This is a full-time, on-site post; remote or hybrid arrangements are not a fit for our needs. If you hold a valid CAM/PCAM or similar credential, have led large-scale mixed communities, and are comfortable juggling meetings, money, and maintenance all in one day, I would like to hear how you can elevate our association.
