## Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced software developer or development team to build **DhudhuGo**, an on-demand motorbike parcel delivery platform for Harare, Zimbabwe.

DhudhuGo is **not a passenger ride-hailing app**. It is a parcel-only delivery platform where individuals and businesses can request instant motorbike courier deliveries, track the rider live, receive proof of delivery, and manage payments.

The system should work similar to Uber / inDrive, but specifically for parcels, documents, shop/online orders, business deliveries and small packages.

* Android first priority
* For motorbike couriers to accept jobs, navigate, collect parcels, deliver parcels and view earnings

* Businesses can create deliveries, bulk upload jobs, track deliveries, manage team members and view invoices/statements

4. **Admin Panel**

* For internal Fleet Experts / DhudhuGo operations
* Used to monitor riders, deliveries, businesses, payments, disputes and reports

* Rider collects parcel
* Customer tracks live
* Parcel is delivered
* Proof of delivery is captured

## Payment Methods

The system should be designed to support:

* Cash
* Wallet balance
* Business monthly billing
* EcoCash
* InnBucks
* OneMoney
* Card payments, if possible later

For MVP, cash, wallet/manual top-up and business invoicing can be implemented first.

## Pricing Logic

Launch pricing should support distance-based pricing, for example:

* 0–5km: USD 3
* 5–10km: USD 4
* 10–15km: USD 5
* 15–20km: USD 6
* 20km+: custom quote

The admin panel must allow pricing rules to be changed.

## Technology Preference

I am open to recommendations, but preferred stack could include:

* Flutter or React Native for mobile apps
* React / Next.js for web portals
* Node.js / NestJS, Python / Django, or FastAPI for backend
* PostgreSQL with PostGIS for location data
* Firebase / WebSockets / Redis for live tracking
* Google Maps or Mapbox for maps and routing
* Cloud hosting on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar
