I publish tabletop games and now want to let players order replacement or extra decks directly from a web portal. The only item I’ll be printing is game cards, and I already have every design press-ready. What I need is a reliable print-on-demand workflow that can handle multiple card sizes, take customer payments, and ship straight to the buyer under plain, neutral packaging.
Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Your system (Shopify app, WooCommerce plug-in, or a custom portal—whichever you already master) receives the order, shows real-time pricing, and forwards the print job automatically.
• Cards arrive with consistent colour, accurate cutting, and clean edges, no matter which size deck the customer chose.
• Turnaround stays inside the promised window and tracking numbers post back to the customer email without my manual touch.
• Billing and reporting are transparent so I can see cost, margin, and shipment history at a glance.
I’m happy to start with a small test run so we can fine-tune stock, finishes, and packaging before opening the storefront. Let me know which equipment you use, the card stocks you stock by default, and how you maintain colour fidelity. References or photos of previous card work are a plus.
