I want to build a full-scale mobile solution that brings petrol to drivers who are stranded or running low. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android and offer three clear workspaces: customer, delivery partner, and admin.
Core experience
• A driver opens the app, requests fuel, confirms quantity and price, and watches the delivery partner approach in real time.
• For delivery partners the main focus is efficient order management: instant order alerts, accept/decline, status toggles (en-route, arrived, completed), earnings at a glance, and an in-app chat channel. Routing can piggy-back on Google or Apple Maps, whichever fits the stack you propose.
Security & access
Authentication is phone-number based; first launch triggers an OTP, all sessions refresh silently afterward. Payments must be processed in-app (card, wallet, or UPI) with receipts emailed or texted automatically.
Admin console
A simple web dashboard should let me adjust prices, monitor inventory, manage partner accounts, and pull daily analytics without touching the codebase.
Tech & delivery
I am open to Flutter, React Native, or separate native builds—performance and store compliance matter more than the framework. Please break delivery into clear milestones: clickable prototype, API layer, first test build, and final store-ready release, followed by one month of post-launch support. Clean, well-commented code and concise documentation are non-negotiable.
