I need a confident, bilingual presenter to front a new series of property-tour videos shot around Gurgaon’s DLF Phases and Sushant Lok. The finished clips will live first on Instagram, so think short, eye-catching Reels that instantly hook viewers while still conveying the essentials.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: we visit a mix of high-end apartments, villas, co-living spaces, and premium corporate leasing floors, shoot lively walk-throughs, and you talk viewers through the standout features—layout, amenities, neighbourhood perks, commute times—on camera in both English and Hindi. The tone sits halfway between a polished real-estate showcase and a friendly influencer chat; professional enough for decision-makers yet relaxed enough to feel authentic.

You’ll also jump into supporting photo shoots and brainstorm content angles with our marketing crew so every post fits the wider campaign calendar. If you already create content, work in real estate, hospitality, or influencer marketing, that background will help you hit the ground running.

Deliverables per property
• One 60–90 sec Instagram Reel (vertical, 1080×1920, colour-graded, ready to post)
• Raw and lightly edited B-roll for future cuts
• Short caption draft with key property specs

Acceptance criteria
• Clear, engaging on-camera delivery in English and Hindi
• Smooth explanation of at least three unique selling points for each listing
• Final Reel supplied within three days of the shoot

All shoots happen on location; timing is flexible but usually mid-week daylight hours. Let me know your on-camera portfolio or any sample Reels, and we’ll schedule a test shoot right away.
