Position Overview
On‑Call Coordinator I - (Remote, Part‑Time)
The On‑Call Coordinator I is an entry‑level role designed to develop deep knowledge of the Amphibious Medics On‑Call Response Program. This position supports real‑time employee injury response by assisting with scheduled and on‑demand eVisit requests in collaboration with senior coordinators.
eVisits are face‑to‑face, real‑time video medical visits used to support clients in the assessment, documentation, and coordination of care and claims following on‑the‑job injuries.
Work Schedule
Flexible start availability around your schedule.
1st Shift Coverage (Monday–Friday):
1400–1800 EST
1300–1700 CST
1100–1500 PST
Location: Remote (Part‑Time)
Essential Job Duties
Collect and maintain incident documentation for active callouts
Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously
Calmly guide callers through safety steps and next actions
Conduct remote eVisit appointments via video and telephone
Collaborate with senior coordinators to manage incident workflows
Perform various administrative tasks as required
Position Pay & Advancement
Coordinator I – eVisit Coordinator
Starting Pay: $21/hour
6‑Month Probationary Review: $1–$2 increase
Coordinator II – Call Taker
Pay Range: $21–$23/hour
6‑Month Review: $1–$2 increase
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
·2-4 years of experience in 911 emergency medical response
·Proficient in Microsoft Office
·SpanishEducation / Certification
·NREMT or State EMT-B (or above)
·High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Preferred Qualifications
·Some furthered education (i.e. college, vocational school, etc.)
·HSMT certification
·Phone experience, either in an office, dispatch, or recruiting environment
·1 year experience in an administrative / office environment.
