Omnichannel Email Integration Setup

I need my entire online presence funneled into one clean email list so I can start nurturing subscribers right away.

Here is what I want done:

• Connect every social profile—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X—to the main landing page so visitors reach the same signup form no matter where they discover me.
• Link that landing page to my Shopify store, keeping the brand look and feel consistent across both.
• Feed all new sign-ups straight into my Aweber account and trigger an immediate welcome email (no discount code required at this stage).
• Make sure the same list powers future newsletters and any future automations I might add.
• Provide a quick walkthrough or short loom video so I can see how everything was set up and make small edits myself later.

Success for me is simple: a subscriber joins from any of the listed platforms, lands on the form, confirms, and receives the welcome message automatically in Aweber.
