verifying that their websites are live and running, and collecting basic contact details.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Verification: Click on the website link for each business to ensure the site is fully active and not broken or under construction.
*** If they do not have an official website but they are linked to a business Facebook page or Instagram page that is fine. Prefer a real website address because I need an email address to send them an invitation. If there is no contact information I do not want them curated.***
Do not include dead links.
• Data Sourcing: Visit the live website to find and copy basic information, including the official
Business Name
Physical Address (or at least the city they work out of)
Phone Number.
• Email Hunting: Search the website (checking the Contact page, About page, or Privacy Policy) to locate a valid business email address. This is a must-have!!
• Database Entry: Clean and dump this structured data into a Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet formatted exactly to my specifications.
I can provide the Excel/csv if needed
Required Skills:
• Strong web research and internet navigation skills
• High attention to detail (ensuring accuracy of names, phone numbers, and formats)
• Experience with lead generation or data entry
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
