I need a detailed, as-built 3D model of an existing oil-/gas-processing facility. All focus is on the process side—pipes, valves, inline instruments, and major equipment. Steelwork, platforms, and other structural elements can wait; the immediate priority is an accurate digital twin of the process network so maintenance teams can pull up dimensions, clash-check tie-ins, and extract isometrics.
You’ll receive the latest P&IDs, line lists, legacy drawings, high-resolution photos, and a registered laser-scan (E57 format). Using any mainstream plant-design platform—AutoCAD Plant 3D, AVEVA E3D/PDMS, SmartPlant, or equivalent—turn that input into a fully tagged, to-scale model that slots straight into our in-house environment.
Deliverables
• Native model file plus a neutral export (STEP or IFC)
• Organised layer/line structure matching the supplied line list
• Snapshot set or fly-through video highlighting critical areas for review
• One revision cycle after stakeholder comments
Acceptance criteria: every line shown on the P&IDs must appear in the model, valves and equipment carry the correct tag, and overall dimensional accuracy stays within the scan tolerance (±5 mm typical).
Kick-off material is ready; I’d like a first-pass model in around two weeks and final files a week after feedback. Let me know your platform of choice and any past refinery or chemical-plant examples you can share.
