I’m looking for an experienced quality-assurance professional from the oil and gas sector who can take a critical, ISO 9001-centric look at our full suite of documentation. The work spans operating procedures, technical manuals, quality plans, compliance reports, QA/QC files, MDRs, MTCs and vendor quality-plan packages.
What I need from you is a thorough editorial and compliance review: check every clause against ISO 9001 requirements, flag gaps, highlight conflicting or obsolete references, and suggest precise wording or structural fixes that will strengthen traceability and audit readiness. Where relevant, reference additional industry benchmarks such as API or ASME only to explain best-practice improvements, but keep ISO 9001 as the primary yardstick.
Deliverables
• Marked-up files (Word or searchable PDF) with in-line comments and change recommendations
• A concise summary report that rates each document’s current compliance level and lists all required corrections, ranked by priority
• A final sign-off memo confirming that the revised set is audit-ready once all noted actions are closed
I will provide the existing documents in batches, along with any previous audit findings for context. Please indicate the toolset you prefer for markup and the average turnaround you can maintain per document batch. Responsive communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential – these files go directly into our client hand-over packages.
