Offline Live Chat Support

Read the brief in the attachment only do a bid if you read the brief - before you I need a complete customer-care platform focused on live chat support, but every component—AI, NLP, analytics—must run on locally hosted models. No external or cloud-based services are acceptable.

Core objectives
• Design, build, and deploy a real-time chat interface for our website.
• Integrate an on-premise large-language-model pipeline that can understand, classify, and respond to user queries.
• Provide an admin dashboard to review conversations, update knowledge bases, and track basic metrics (response time, resolution rate, user satisfaction).
• Ensure the system installs and operates on standard Linux servers without an internet connection once set up.

Key requirements
• Data privacy by default: all processing stays behind our firewall.
• Scalable architecture that supports at least 50 concurrent chat sessions.
• Clear separation between the chatbot’s automated answers and the option for a human agent to take over.
• Logging, role-based access control, and GDPR-compliant data retention settings.
• Detailed documentation and a one-command deployment script (Docker or Ansible preferred).

I have a written brief outlining additional feature wishes and model preferences; I will share it with the selected freelancer.
