I need an experienced hand across Excel, Word and PowerPoint to tighten up a set of client-facing documents.

The immediate priority is an Excel workbook: every sheet must follow a clean house style, and I want smart conditional formatting that highlights exceptions automatically—no manual colouring or visual clutter. Once the workbook looks professional and behaves predictably, the same visual language should carry through a short Word report and its companion slide deck so everything feels cohesive when presented.

You’ll take the existing files, apply the new formatting rules, test that the conditional logic responds correctly to live data changes, and return polished versions ready for distribution. If any quick VBA tweaks make the formatting more robust, feel free to propose them; the focus, however, is on elegant spreadsheet formatting rather than deep macro work.

Final hand-off includes:
