Office Photo & Plan Update

I need the building photo that appears on my current PDF flyer altered and the accompanying floor plans redrawn to reflect our new concept.

Photo work
• Take the existing front-elevation image and extend it by adding a garage wing inside the ground floor, on the right-hand side. The addition does not have to follow any specific architectural style; it simply needs to read as a logical continuation of the structure. Add a curb cut leading to a roll up garage door.

Floor-plan work
• Ground floor: redraw the footprint so the new garage shows internal parking bays; indicate drive-in/drive-out flow and the remaining usable interior.
• Second floor: lay out eight cube-style loft units (equal size, open mezzanine look). Show access, core, and circulation clearly. Note: Remove ALL upstairs windows, add railings to openings making them balconies and the interior of the 2nd floor will become an OPEN-AIR Veranda for the Lofts to be built within, no need for Design Review or New Construction Permits as this is interior only.

Source material & tools
All I have is the flyer itself in PDF form—no CAD or layered originals—so you will be recreating clean artwork from scratch or tracing what is there. You are free to use Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any tool that produces crisp vector/PDF output.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution, print-ready PDF flyer with the updated exterior photo and both new floor plans.
2. Separate image files (PNG or JPEG) of the revised elevation and each floor plan for web use.
3. Original editable files (AI, PSD, or DWG/SKP) so we can tweak in-house later.

Acceptance
The garage must sit naturally in the perspective of the photo, and the plans should align with the new exterior footprint. Text and dimensions on the flyer should remain legible at 300 dpi.
