Our office needs a reliable wired + wireless network built from the ground up, then hardened and fine-tuned so everyday work runs smoothly. The job covers three clear areas:
• Network installation – design the layout, select appropriate switches, routers, cabling/Wi-Fi gear (Cisco, Ubiquiti or similar), install and configure everything on-site or guide us remotely.
• Network troubleshooting – diagnose any bottlenecks, mis-configurations or connectivity drops during roll-out and after go-live, providing swift fixes and clear explanations.
• Network security setup – implement VLANs, firewall rules, secure Wi-Fi, strong authentication and up-to-date firmware, and verify the setup with penetration or vulnerability tests.
Deliverables will include the fully functioning network, a concise topology diagram, and hand-off documentation detailing all settings so my in-house team can maintain it confidently. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the approach and timeline.
