Interior designer needed for material selection and FF&E specification — commercial office fit-out in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The office has 9 spaces: reception with counter, waiting area, meeting room, manager's office, open-plan offices, two enclosed offices, two WCs, and a coffee corner. Architectural and interior drawings are complete (AutoCAD), including furniture layout and interior elevations. A contractor and a site engineer are already executing on site; the site engineer handles all technical compliance and dimensions.
The drawings name the finishes only generically (carpet tiles, porcelain, paint, fluted wall panels). I need an interior designer to turn that into specific, coordinated selections. Three deliverables:
1. Material board — coordinated materials and colour palette per space.
2. Finish schedule — room by room: exact product (brand, code, colour) for floors, walls and ceilings, with two alternatives per major item. Products must be available in Saudi Arabia and have a published fire-resistance rating.
3. FF&E schedule — contract-grade furniture following the existing furniture layout: product, supplier available in Saudi Arabia, warranty, and lead time per item.
No redesign, rendering, technical drawings, or site supervision required. Drawings will be shared with the selected designer.
In your bid, please state:
- Fixed price for each deliverable separately (no hourly).
- Delivery timeline in calendar days.
- Two completed commercial office projects as references.
- Which Saudi suppliers you have actually worked with, and whether you receive any commission or referral fee from suppliers you recommend.
