Office Floorplan CAD Design

I’m looking for a skilled CAD professional to translate my rough sketches and measurements into a polished digital floorplan for an office space. The building shell, column grid, and entry points are already confirmed; what I need now is a precise layout that shows walls, doors, glazing lines, furniture blocks, and circulation paths so I can move forward with permits and fit-out pricing.

I will share hand-drawn notes, PDFs from the landlord, and a space-planning brief that outlines headcount targets. Your task is to model the plan in AutoCAD (or a fully DWG-compatible platform), keep layers and blocks tidy, and return files that I can edit later. Accuracy to the provided dimensions is essential, and the drawing must be delivered in both DWG and print-ready PDF formats.

Deliverables:
• Clean, scaled DWG of the complete office floor
• Matching PDF plotted at 1:100 (metric) or 1/8" = 1'-0" (imperial) as discussed
• A brief legend or layer key so I can navigate the file easily

I’ll review the first draft for any tweaks to workstation counts or meeting-room sizes, then sign off on the final issue. If you’ve designed commercial interiors before, especially offices, that experience will help us move quickly.
