I’m planning a complete electrical and lighting package for a brand-new office fit-out and need a designer who can translate my floor plan into clear, code-compliant documentation. The priority is a bright, practical atmosphere that helps staff stay focused, so task-oriented light levels, glare control and efficient fixture placement are critical.

You’ll receive the architectural layout (DWG/PDF) and basic workstation counts. From there, I need:

• Lighting layout with fixture specification, lux calculations and switching zones optimised for productivity
• Power and small-power layouts covering workstations, printers, AV points and any future expansion bays
• Circuiting, board schedules and single-line diagram showing load balance and protection devices
• Basic cable sizing, conduit routes and legend sheets ready for the electrician’s take-off
• A short specification listing fittings, control gear, and energy-efficiency notes aligned to local codes

Deliverables should be in native AutoCAD (or Revit if preferred) plus a plotted PDF set. I’ll review drafts, mark up comments, and sign off once lux calculations and board schedules meet the brief.

If you have recent office projects in your portfolio—particularly where clear illuminance targets and neat power distribution were achieved—please share them along with your proposed turnaround time.
