My second–floor office is roughly 310 sq ft and I already know where every workstation, chair and storage unit should go. What I still need is a clean 2-D drawing that captures:
• All furniture in its final positions
• Electrical information: lights, fan and AC points with their respective switches clearly marked
• Two alternative spots for a compact dry pantry, each annotated with power points for a microwave, induction cook-top and kettle
I can share the first-floor CAD/PDF file we used earlier; the new level follows the same column grid so you can trace walls and openings quickly. During a short Teams or Zoom call I’ll walk you through the exact second-floor footprint, confirm dimensions and answer any last questions before you start.
Deliverables
• Scaled 2-D plan (PDF + original DWG/AI) showing furniture, electrical points and both pantry options, each option labeled for easy comparison
• A legend or brief note set so electricians know what every symbol represents
• One round of minor tweaks after I review the first draft
If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator or a similar tool that lets me keep an editable file, that’s perfect. Accuracy, tidy line-work and clear labels are what matter most; the aesthetic “look” has already been decided.
