**400–500 backlinks required for ₹1,500 – Off-Page SEO Freelancer**

I am looking for an experienced **Off-Page SEO freelancer** to build **400–500 backlinks** for my website, ToolsWizard.in, within a budget of **₹1,500**.

This is a trial project. Payment will be made only if the delivered backlinks follow the requirements and quality guidelines mentioned below.

### Strict Backlink Requirements

Every backlink must:

* Be created manually or through legitimate submission methods.
* Be from a real and accessible website/platform.
* Be relevant to the website, tools, calculators, technology, finance, utilities, software, or related topics where applicable.
* Be publicly accessible and not hidden from users.
* Have a valid URL at the time of reporting.
* Be correctly linked to the requested ToolsWizard page.
* Have relevant anchor text or a natural brand/URL mention.
* Follow the target website's terms and submission guidelines.
* Be from a website that is not obviously spammy or part of a link farm.
* Be properly documented in the final report.

* Pirated/download websites
* Malware or suspicious websites
* Websites with obvious malware/security warnings
* Foreign-language spam sites with no relevance
* Excessive blog-comment backlinks
* Profile spam
* Forum spam
* Classified spam
* Mass social bookmarking spam
* Reciprocal link schemes created solely for SEO
* Hidden links
* Cloaked links
* Redirect-based manipulation
* Keyword-stuffed anchor text
* Duplicate content posted across hundreds of websites
* Links placed in automatically generated content
* Links from websites with obvious unnatural outbound-link patterns

### Quality Over Quantity

The requirement is **400–500 backlinks**, but I do not want meaningless or automated links simply to reach the number.

If a backlink is clearly spammy, irrelevant, automatically generated, inaccessible, or violates the above requirements, it **will not be counted toward the 400–500 backlinks**.

If a significant number of delivered backlinks fail these requirements, the work may be rejected and **payment will not be released**.

### Mandatory Final Report

A complete report must be provided for **every single backlink**.

This is an initial trial. If the work meets the requirements and the backlink quality is satisfactory, there is potential for continued monthly work.
