off page SEO for Europe 25 keywords

I am looking for an experienced off-page SEO / link-building freelancer to build quality backlinks for 25 target keywords, with the campaign focused exclusively on European websites and directory submissions.

The objective is to increase organic visibility, keyword rankings, and relevant traffic from Europe and individual European countries.

Backlink Requirement

For each of the 25 keywords:

Build 2 backlinks per keyword per week
Total requirement: 50 backlinks per week
Every backlink must come from a different referring domain
Do not repeat the same domain for different keywords
Domains already used in previous weeks should preferably not be reused
Websites/directories must be based in Europe or individual European countries
Priority should be given to country-specific and local European directories

Examples of acceptable target markets include:

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Portugal, Ireland and other relevant European markets.
