I’ve already installed Odoo but need an expert touch to make the system work the way our operation demands. The focus is on end to end operations, more precisely on setting up and perfecting the flow for managing delivery orders.

Here’s what I expect:
• Configure the delivery order workflow so staff can generate, pick, and validate shipments with as few clicks as possible.
• Fine-tune carriers, delivery methods, and packaging rules so that labels and paperwork print automatically at validation including batch numbering and best before dates.
• Provide a short hand-off guide or quick Loom video so my team can replicate the process for new products and new carriers.

Set up par levels for our inventory so we never run out of components.
