Odoo Setup, Customization & Training

I am launching a brand-new Odoo environment and want it running smoothly from day one. The core modules I need brought to life are Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. Your mission is to configure each of them, tailor the workflows to match our real-world processes, and keep an eye out for anything that might trip us up once we go live.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• Configuration & Customization – Install the three modules, adjust settings, add the custom fields and automated actions we will rely on, and produce a few key reports our team uses every day.
• Troubleshooting – As the configuration unfolds, squash any errors, performance issues, or permission headaches so the system stays reliable.
• Training – Deliver screen-share sessions and concise how-to notes so my staff feels confident handling daily operations the moment we switch over.

Acceptance will be based on each module performing every critical workflow end-to-end without errors and my team successfully completing role-specific tasks during the training session.
