Odoo Sales & Accounting Customization

I’m looking for an experienced Odoo developer to tailor my current system.
Here’s where I need your expertise:

• Sales – the priority is a bespoke workflow that reflects the way orders actually move through my business. It will involve adding status steps, automating field updates, and making sure the process ties cleanly into Inventory and Accounting postings.

• Inventory – once the Sales workflow is in place, I want the stock moves, reservations, and valuation layers to follow the same logic. Any tweaks you suggest to keep everything synced are welcome.

• Accounting – customer invoices and related journal entries must be generated from the new Sales flow without manual intervention. If small layout changes or extra fields are needed in the invoice form, include them in the plan.

We already have Odoo running; you’ll work on a staging branch first, document each change, and then create a concise migration script so the tweaks can be re-applied if we upgrade later.

Deliverables
1. Updated modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting) packaged as installable custom apps.
2. Clear technical notes and a brief user guide illustrating the new Sales workflow.
3. Test cases proving that stock levels and accounting entries remain accurate from quotation to payment.
