Odoo Implementation – No Custom Code

I need my current ERP processes replicated inside a clean Odoo build using only standard functionality—absolutely no custom coding or third-party addons. The first rollout must cover Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Invoicing, and our end-to-end Manufacturing and Warehouse operations. We run a classic manufacturing flow that turns raw materials into finished goods through bills of materials, so proper BoM configuration, work centers, routings, and production planning are essential.

We are starting fresh in Odoo, so there is no legacy data to import; you can set everything up with sample items that I will later replace. What I expect from you is the full functional configuration, tested workflows for each department, and clear hand-off documentation so my team can go live without developer support.

Deliverables
• Fully configured Odoo database (community or enterprise, I will supply the license)
• Working flows for Sales → Purchase → Inventory → MRP → Accounting, including automated postings and reconciliation rules
• Role-based access rights and dashboard views for each department
• Step-by-step user guide and a recorded walk-through of the configured system

The project is complete when I can create a sales order, have materials procured, launch manufacturing, ship finished goods, and see all related journal entries post correctly—without writing or installing a single line of custom code.
