Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist / Official Odoo Partner – Long-Term Collaboration

We are a Germany-based technology company currently developing and launching two innovative software products: Zukunftsschmiede and ErxlebenAI.

Zukunftsschmiede is a digital learning and development platform combining interactive education, AI-powered coaching, gamification, and subscription-based services.

ErxlebenAI is an enterprise AI platform providing secure, customizable AI solutions for businesses through various subscription-based products and services.

We have decided to implement Odoo as our central ERP system to manage and streamline our business operations.

For this project, we are looking for an experienced Odoo specialist, preferably an official Odoo Partner or certified consultant, who can take responsibility for the initial implementation and support us with the ongoing development of the system.

This is not a one-time project. We are looking for a reliable long-term partner who can help us build a scalable ERP environment that grows alongside our business.

Our Approach

We do not intend to implement every Odoo module immediately. Instead, we want to establish a solid technical foundation and gradually introduce additional modules, integrations, and automated workflows as our business requirements evolve.

We are looking for someone who can advise us on the right architecture, recommend suitable Odoo modules, and independently handle their configuration and implementation.

Initial Responsibilities

The first phase will focus on analyzing our requirements, recommending the appropriate Odoo architecture, and setting up the ERP environment.

This includes the installation and configuration of Odoo, defining the overall system structure, setting up users and permissions, and preparing the environment for future expansion.

We also expect guidance on the most suitable Odoo version, hosting solution, and deployment model.

Odoo Modules

We plan to introduce various Odoo modules over time, including CRM, customer management, sales, quotations, subscription management, recurring billing, invoicing, customer support, reporting, and workflow automation.

The exact modules and their implementation order will be determined together based on our operational priorities.

Integrations

An important part of the project will be connecting Odoo with our existing and future software infrastructure.

We are particularly interested in integrating our own SaaS platforms, Zukunftsschmiede and ErxlebenAI, as well as our Shopify-based e-commerce environment.

API integrations, automated workflows, and reliable synchronization of relevant customer, subscription, and billing data will play an important role.

German Business Requirements

Since our companies operate in Germany, experience with German business processes would be highly beneficial.

Knowledge of German invoicing requirements, VAT, accounting workflows, GDPR, and DATEV integrations would be a significant advantage.

Long-Term Collaboration

Once the initial setup is completed, we intend to continuously expand the system.

Future projects will include implementing additional Odoo modules, developing new integrations, improving existing workflows, introducing automation, and providing ongoing technical support.

We are interested in establishing a lasting professional relationship rather than hiring different freelancers for individual tasks.

Requirements

We expect extensive practical experience with Odoo ERP, preferably including several complete implementations.
Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, module configuration, API integrations, and business process automation is essential.
Experience with SaaS businesses, subscription-based business models, Shopify integrations, and multi-company ERP environments would be particularly valuable.
Official Odoo Partner status or relevant Odoo certifications are strongly preferred.
