Odoo Branded PDF Templates

I need a developer who can turn our existing corporate layouts into fully functional PDF report templates inside Odoo. The job covers six business documents—Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Order Confirmation, Purchase Order, Invoice and Delivery Note. Each of these must export from Odoo exactly in our house style, matching our colours, fonts, logo placement and table structure, while also respecting commonly used industry standards so the forms remain familiar to customers, suppliers and auditors.

You will work directly in Odoo’s QWeb environment (HTML / CSS with wkhtmltopdf) and deliver installable custom modules so I can move the templates between staging and production without extra tweaking. The final PDFs have to print cleanly on A4, handle multi-page overflow gracefully, show accurate totals and taxes, and keep margins identical to our original letterhead.

Acceptance criteria
• A sample record for each document generates a PDF that is visually identical to the approved mock-up
• All dynamic fields pull the correct data and totals calculate correctly
• Template installs as a standard Odoo add-on with no hard-coded paths or manual fixes

Please tell me which Odoo versions you have worked with, your estimated turnaround time and how many revision rounds you include. Portfolio links to similar report work are very welcome.
