I run my daily accounts inside Odoo and need an experienced bookkeeper to tidy things up. The Accounting and Inventory modules are active, yet my bank statements are piling up and expenses aren’t being captured with the consistency I want.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Complete bank reconciliation for all open statement lines in Odoo, ensuring balances match my real-world accounts.
• Design and implement a simple, repeatable workflow for expense tracking so every bill and receipt lands in the right account and links back to inventory where relevant.
• Deliver a brief hand-over note (screenshots or short Loom is fine) showing the steps you took and how I can keep the process running smoothly.

I’ll provide full access to my Odoo instance along with current statements, receipts, and any supplemental CSVs. If you spot quick wins in Inventory valuation while working through expenses, flag them—I’m keen to tighten that up as well.

Accuracy and a clear audit trail are critical, so please be comfortable navigating Odoo’s reconciliation screen, creating bank rules, and posting correcting journal entries when needed. If you have Zoho Books experience, mention it in your reply; I’m considering a light comparison down the road.
