I have an Odoo 14 installation whose custom API layer needs a fresh set of eyes. The priority right now is functionality—specifically how the current endpoints and routing are structured and whether they follow best-practice logic inside Odoo controllers and models.
Your first task is to walk through the existing Python code, routes, and controller methods, then document any functional gaps, redundant calls, or misuse of Odoo’s ORM that could trip us up. A concise report that maps endpoint → expected behaviour → actual behaviour will let us decide what to refactor and what can stay untouched.
Once that audit is complete I want to move straight into a new feature: a dynamic price builder. Think of it as an internal tool where users can compose product configurations and instantly see calculated pricing based on rules we set (quantity breaks, attribute up-charges, customer tiers, etc.). The builder must plug cleanly into the models you just reviewed so we avoid yet another patchwork extension.
