Odoo 19 Implementation Expert Needed

I’m rolling out Odoo 19 across the company and need an experienced implementor to guide the entire process—from initial configuration through go-live and post-launch fine-tuning. The assignment includes tailoring core modules, configuring workflows we rely on every day, importing historical data safely, and making sure my team is comfortable in the new environment.

You’ll be my technical lead for:
• Installing and configuring a clean Odoo 19 instance
• Adapting standard features so they fit our real-world processes
• Migrating past transactions, products, and contacts without data loss
• Coaching staff so they can work efficiently from day one

A solid track record with Odoo migrations, Python and XML customizations, and PostgreSQL data handling is essential. If you’ve helped other companies transition smoothly to a recent Odoo release and can demonstrate a disciplined, test-driven approach, I’d like to hear how you would structure the milestones and timeline for this project.
