OCR PDF Form Data Extraction

I have fewer than ten PDF forms that were saved as scanned images. Each form contains the same set of text-only fields and I want those values transferred into a clean Excel worksheet. Accuracy is essential because this spreadsheet will feed directly into our internal reporting system.

You are free to use the OCR tool you are most comfortable with—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or another option—as long as the final Excel file is ready for immediate use and each form’s data occupies a single row with clearly labeled columns.

Deliverable
• One Excel workbook containing all extracted text, correctly aligned to the agreed field headers.
