Part-Time Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) – Kansas
Fully Remote | Approximately 15–20 Hours per Week | Virtual Academy
MIYO Health is seeking a Kansas-licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide fully virtual services to students attending a virtual academy in Kansas.
This is a 100% remote, part-time opportunity supporting a current caseload of approximately 25 students. We anticipate approximately 15–20 hours per week, including direct services and related responsibilities. Actual hours may vary based on student IEP service minutes and needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT looking for a flexible school-based position that can be completed entirely from home.
Position Details
100% virtual/remote
Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Current caseload of approximately 25 students
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
Complete evaluations and assessments as needed
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
Complete documentation, progress reports, and other required records
Participate virtually in IEP meetings and student team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers
Maintain consistent communication with the virtual academy and MIYO Health teams
Requirements
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Kansas Occupational Therapy license
NBCOT certification
School-based experience preferred
Virtual service delivery experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a virtual educational team
