I’m launching a web-based O2O marketplace that links nearby customers with trusted product sellers and service providers. The first milestone is the seller-side module—everything a vendor needs to come on board, showcase a verified profile, subscribe to area-exclusive plans, and start receiving leads.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Secure sign-up / sign-in that tags the account as a “seller”.
• A clean dashboard where the vendor can create and continuously edit all business details, upload images or certificates, choose service categories, and toggle availability.
• Subscription & payment section covering recurring plans, one-time area memberships, and pay-per-lead credits. Please keep the logic flexible so we can add new plan types later.
• Lead inbox placeholder so the UI is ready for the next phase when we wire in customer inquiries.
• Role-based access that recognises three tiers—main admin, seller, customer—along with a complaints log visible to the super admin.
• REST or GraphQL API plus responsive front-end (React, Vue, Angular or similar; I’m open as long as it’s modern, well-documented, and easy to scale).
Deliverables I expect for this phase
1. Fully functional seller dashboard deployed on a staging server.
2. Source code in Git with clear installation and environment instructions.
3. API / Postman collection and succinct technical documentation.
4. Short screenshare or video walkthrough highlighting key features.
The broader platform will later add customer search, quotation comparison and the master admin console, so code structure must be modular and extensible. Preference will be given to Ahmedabad-based developers or teams familiar with subscription billing, multi-tenant architecture, and clean UI/UX.
If you’ve built similar vendor portals, let’s talk specifics and timelines right away.
