O2O Lead Generation Platform Manager

The project is to develop and now needs firm, experienced guidance so it can developd and reach launch without delays or scope creep. My online-to-offline platform will let local shoppers request quotes, compare offers, book services and then complete their purchases in-store. What I need next is a Project Manager who takes full ownership of the build, aligns the tech team around clear milestones and hands me a market-ready product.
Your first task is to translate the existing business requirements into a phased execution plan with deadlines everyone can commit to. From there, you will become the single point of coordination for the web developers—tracking progress, resolving blockers and making sure new change requests are captured without derailing the schedule. Once development stabilises, I expect you to oversee functional testing, user acceptance testing and final rollout so the hand-off to marketing happens on time.
Success here means:
• a practical, signed-off project plan
• weekly progress reports that highlight risks early
• a fully tested, live platform that performs as specified
Hands-on experience managing marketplace, O2O or lead-generation builds is essential, as you will be making day-to-day decisions on feature priorities and MVP scope. Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana will help you fit straight into the current workflow.
I work out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, so local availability for occasional in-person check-ins is a plus, though remote collaboration is perfectly acceptable if you can guarantee overlapping hours.
If turning complex web concepts into delivered products is your specialty, I’m ready to share the current codebase and get the timeline locked.
