NYC Wine Bar DOB Drawings (Must be licensed NYC Architect to submit with DOB)

I’m opening a small wine bar in New York City and I need a complete DOB filing set that covers architectural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines from scratch. I have a rough concept and accurate field measurements, but I’m relying on your professional input to translate that into a code-compliant plan that will pass DOB review the first time.

You will be starting with a blank slate—no legacy plans—so every sheet must be produced new, coordinated, and internally consistent. Because the space is a bar, the package must also anticipate health code, ADA accessibility, and any FDNY requirements that could affect layout, egress, or mechanical clearances.

Deliverables (PDF + DWG):
• Architectural: floor plan, reflected ceiling, demo/new work overlays, elevations/sections, door & finish schedules, egress calculations.
• Electrical: lighting and power plans, panel schedules, load calcs, single-line riser.
• Plumbing: plan with waste/vent, domestic supply, gas (if needed), and riser diagrams with DOB fixture counts.

Acceptance criteria: every sheet formatted to NYC DOB standards, coordinated across trades, stamped title blocks ready for filing, and all comments (if any) closed out within one revision cycle.
