NYC Photo-Video Content Assistant

I edit a fragrance-focused Substack and Instagram and need a reliable, beginner-level helper who can capture both photos and short vertical videos alongside me around New York City. Typical stops include perfume boutiques, restaurants, pop-ups, cafés, street scenes, and the occasional evening event, so flexibility with locations—and lighting—is essential.

You can work with nothing more than an iPhone; what matters is a sharp eye for composition and the ability to turn around light edits in CapCut or Lightroom. After each outing I’ll count on you to:

• Deliver a small set of well-framed JPEGs and 3- to 20-second MP4 clips, correctly cropped for Instagram/Substack
• Apply basic colour correction, exposure tweaks, and a title or two when needed
• Transfer both raw and edited files the same day (all content remains mine)

Most shoots run a couple of hours, primarily on late afternoons, early evenings or weekends, and you’ll always receive at least a day’s notice.
