NY Residential Structural PE Stamp

I have completed structural drawings for a residential building in New York and now need them reviewed, signed, and sealed by a Professional Engineer currently licensed in the state. The set must be accepted by the local building department, so every sheet has to meet NYS Residential Code (and NYC amendments if applicable).

Here is what I need from you:

• Thorough review of the existing structural plans for code compliance and constructability
• Any redlines or minor revisions needed to bring the set to permit-ready status
• Final digital PDF bearing your NY PE stamp and signature, plus two hard-copy originals mailed to my address

I will supply the current drawings in DWG and PDF, along with soil report and architectural plans. Turn-around of one week after receipt of files would keep my schedule on track, but let me know if you need slightly more time.

Please confirm your active NY license number in your response and, if possible, share one recent residential permit set you have stamped so I can forward it to the homeowner for peace of mind.
