NY-Licensed Attorney for Contractor Litigation

I engaged an out-of-state contractor from NC to construct a log home in Deposit, New York. Despite all plans and permits being in place and a full deposit paid, no construction or material delivery ever started. I am seeking a New York lead attorney who can handle necessary legal documents( review documents, substantive drafting, demand letter, filing, settlement negotiation, complaint, subsequent motions, and court appearances)for either settlement or litigation against a contractor. The attorney will need to be a New York-licensed attorney to represent me through the entire process until a final resolution is achieved.
Here's a quick summary: The signed custom log agreement shows a contract price of $283,095 for the Deposit. NY build, with my down payment of $58,800. My proof of payment matches that figure: a $14,155.25 wire on 2/25/2021 and a $44,644.75 bank check dated 8/2/2021. My counsel's demand letter memorialize the agreed start date (no later than 9/25/22, but was delayed to start in fall of 2024 instead. Our full permitting/approvals, and the fact that no work actually commenced. They also capture the contractor's later "new pricing" jump to $469,938.75 and my offer to let him keep $7,500 for permitting while refunding $51,300. Previous attorneys sent several demand letters outlining the breaches and requested a resolution. Unfortunately, these attempts have not been successful. I was also informed that the contractor does not possess a valid NY license or Certificate of Registration to allow him to build in NY. He only has a valid license to build in North Carolina. I have exhausted pre-litigation outreach and I am ready to pursue formal action against the contractor in order to collect my full refund and other damages. I have compiled all relevant documents and ready to share via this current platform, including the contract, paid receipts, four prior demand letters, text messages, and cost breakdown draw schedule and photos of the site.
