NY Attorney for Home Improvement Fraud Case

I am seeking to retain direct New York attorney to initiate a civil action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York(NDNY) arising from home improvement fraud and a total failure of contractual performance. I have a time-sensitive contract dispute with an out-of-state contractor who took a $58,800.00 deposit on a $283,095.00 log cabin project in Deposit, New York, never placed the funds in escrow, and has since pushed the start date from September 2022 to fall 2024 while issuing a revised $469,038.00 estimate.
