Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a virtual full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology.
Location: This is a fully virtual position with the office based out of Mountain View, CA
Position Details:
Fully virtual Gastroenterology position
Resource-rich working environment
Schedule designed to promote work/life balance
Collaborate with talented team of on-site Gastroenterologists
Qualifications
At least 1 year or more of Gastroenterology or related experience
Must reside in one of the following approved states: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Florida
Current California State NP or PA License
CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
Active DEA registration
