I have a batch of paper forms—mostly invoices and order sheets—containing thousands of numeric fields that must be transferred directly into our client-facing database. You’ll be working from high-resolution scans that I’ll supply in PDF format. Each document follows the same layout, so once you understand the field order the process is straightforward, but absolute accuracy is critical; even a single misplaced digit can throw off our reporting.

You’ll receive:
• A folder of the scanned documents
• A web login to the database interface with clear field labels and example entries
• A short style guide that explains how to handle illegible characters, missing values, and verification steps

Your job is to key every numeric value from the scans into the matching database fields and double-check your work before submission. I’ll spot-check the first few uploads; after that, I expect self-verification so that error rates stay below 0.5 %.

Deliverable: all assigned records entered and saved in the database, flagged complete inside the interface.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working exclusively with numbers, and can start right away, let’s get this data cleaned up and live.
