NRI e-Notarization KYC Integration

I run product at GlomoPay, a cross-border payments and capital-markets platform regulated by IFSCA in GIFT City. We are in the final build of our NRI onboarding and KYC flow and now need an e-notarization partner that can independently verify Proof of Address (as well as passport copies and other supporting documents) for customers based outside India.

Your service must cover UAE, US and UK signers. Because these users cannot rely on Aadhaar-linked OTPs or DigiLocker, our flow is entirely passport-led. After the customer uploads a passport scan and supporting POA, we would trigger your workflow for:
• live video or Zoom-style identity confirmation
• electronic notarization of the documents
• machine-readable evidence package (hash, timestamp, notary details) returned over API or webhook

Please confirm:
1. That you already notarize NRI documents originating from UAE, US and UK.
2. Your process for passport/overseas-ID based identity checks in lieu of Aadhaar e-Sign.
3. API specs, standard response objects, and any sandbox we can use for integration testing.
4. Expected turnaround time per session and any regional limitations (for example, Emirates ID versus passport only in the UAE).

A quick pilot in a test environment is the immediate deliverable, followed by commercial roll-out once compliance signs off. Let me know what information you need from our side and how soon we can begin.
