Novella Concept Editor Needed

I'm seeking an experienced editor to enhance my short novella. The focus is on improving the story, characters, and pacing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in editing novellas or short fiction
- Strong storytelling and character development skills
- Ability to enhance narrative pacing

Please share relevant experience in your application.

The project is very rough and poorly edited by volunteers. It will be a hard read. The story likely needs to be completely restructured
